An explanation text on catapults

This explanation text for year 3, year 4, P4 and P5 describes in detail how catapults work. For more than 2,000 years, mechanical catapults have been used in wars around the world. The Romans were masters at using these fearsome machines to attack and destroy their enemies’ strongholds. The text also includes instructions to make a simple catapult!
